Vacant Staging
A vacant home is hard to visualize spatial planning and even envision how to live in the space. With our vacant staging we create a furniture layout that highlights the homes assets, creating a great first impression in listing photos and in person. We curate custom designs including all furnishings from rugs, artwork, greenery and decor to furniture and lighting.
We recommend staging at least the living room, kitchen, dining room, powder bathroom and primary bedroom but can stage a whole house as well.

Occupied Staging
This option is for homeowners staying in their house while it’s on the market but feel like their furniture is outdated or need to fill some empty spaces.We can bring in as little as decor and artwork to warm up your space or as much as a room full of furniture to help buyers envision how to use a unique or empty space.

Staging Consultation
Let us help you maximize the value of your home while still residing comfortably in it. We’ll come in for a consultation and provide you with suggestions to prepare your home for the market while maintaining a functional design to live in.
We visit your home for an hour-long consultation to evaluate the space and provide recommendations to get your home market ready. Using your existing furniture and decor we curate a custom staging plan to organize and pre-pack each space. Taking your timeline and budget into consideration, we can also include paint and finish recommendations as well as a shopping list to prepare your home for photography and showings.
Following the consultation, you’ll receive example photos, floor plans if necessary, and furniture and organization lists. After receiving all the tools you need it’s time to implement your design to attract your ideal buyer.
