At Lake Drive Interiors we get to know our clients and how they live so we can best design your space to tell your story. We offer interior design services that can be done in person or virtually by providing functional layouts and curated furnishing and finish selections. By focusing on how you live and want your space to feel, we collaborate together to create your version of home. Our services are for both homeowners and investment property owners, helping with spaces that might just need a styling refresh, color consultation, furniture layous, or selecting furnishings and finishes.
Design or Color Consultation
This is a great package for the homeowner willing to get hands on but needs help getting started in the right direction. We come to you for an in-home consultation providing professional recommendations for each space necessary. This is a good option if you’re not ready to get started on a full project or just want to get a fresh set of eyes on your space.
In-Person or Virtual Design
This package begins with a discovery call to discuss your style and scope of work. For an in-person design we come to your home to evaluate your space, taking pictures and measurements. For virtual designs we ask that you provide all measurements and images to help us best design your space.
Taking your timeline and budget into consideration, we curate a custom design that can include paint and finish recommendations, furniture layouts and furnishings selections.
You’ll receive a mood board(s), furniture layouts and a specification list with clickable links to easily access and purchase all suggestions.
Selections and Styling
If you’re an investment property owner and need help selecting finishes such as flooring, paint, tiles, cabinet, countertops, and lighting fixtures this is the option for you. While serving both homeowners and real estate agents, we do plenty of research to know which options are timeless while also feeling updated. This can save you on many costly mistakes.
If you’re a homeowner and need help with smaller spaces such as a reading nook or bookshelf styling we’re able to serve you as well.
